* Bump version to 7.6-rc.3

Extensions:

* Add support to get Atspi version from the currently-running Orca.

Web:

* Give assertive live regions a higher priority in the event manager's
  queue so they reach the live region presenter sooner.

* Improve presentation after dead/replaced-object recovery.

General:

* Implement support (behind a flag) for Orca-controlled text selection.
  This will make it possible for app and browser developers to fix bugs
  before this new Orca feature goes live in the v52 release.

* Fix several issues related to Orca controlling the caret in non-web
  content.

* Improve performance related to ancestor lookup.

* Handle timeout from GPaste during clipboard presenter activation.

* Fix some terminal chattiness issues.

* Fix Say All line repetition in GTK4 text views.

* Fix several issues related to presentation of GTK3 comboboxes.
