Overview of changes in Sysprof 48.1

 * Round mapped ring buffer the shared memory boundary on hppa.
 * Try to talk to perf with direct syscalls in the absence of
   a D-Bus connection.
 * Add --no-sysprofd command line option to sysprof-cli
 * Properly parse --no-debuginfod in sysprof-cli.
 * Fix an uninitialized memory issue when using counters with
